By using K-pop Bias Match ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Entertainment purpose

K-pop Bias Match is provided for entertainment only. Match percentages, horoscopes, ship names, FLAMES results, and soulmate rankings are generated by algorithms and are not factual, scientific, or endorsed by any artist, agency, or record label.

2. No affiliation

We are an independent fan project. The Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HYBE, YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, SM Entertainment, Starship Entertainment, Source Music, ADOR, BELIFT LAB, or any other entertainment company, nor any K-pop artist or group mentioned on the Site.

All artist and group names are used for identification and fan-context purposes only. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site
Scrape or automatically harvest content without permission
Misrepresent match results as official or endorsed by artists
Harass other users or artists based on tool results

4. Intellectual property

Original text, design, code, and algorithms on this Site are owned by K-pop Bias Match unless otherwise noted. You may share screenshots and result cards for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of group lineups, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-pop Bias Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of ads served by third parties. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and advertising disclosures.
